He doesn't like walking under scaffolding (imagines it collapsing on him). He loves walking barefooted on sandy beaches and freshly-varnished wooden floors. He enjoys being at airports but is scared of air turbulences on aeroplanes. He takes pleasure in removing splinters from his fingers. He also likes flicking through foreign newspapers and untangling knotted power leads. The smell of someone eating an orange always gets his attention.
